We have invested thousands of hours, meticulously analyzing the entire bourbon-making process, from selecting the grain to final packaging. There is not a single factor that makes a good bourbon it’s a series of events at the right time that produce the right product.
Unlike other distillers, we don’t blend the inferior with the superior to achieve an average taste. We are focused on quality, not quantity. Our bourbon possesses a unique quality in that it ice enhances the flavor, allowing the drinker to savor the bourbon until the last drop.
The first year in the barrel, the bourbon captures 80% of what the barrel offers. The remaining 20% of the flavor is released over the next years. Rather than waiting a decade for that 20%, we provide the bourbon the chance to develop its character in shorter time frame. This approach enables us to reach significant improvements and to witness results in months rather then in years.
